Return & Refund policy
Return Policy: Returns will NOT be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Goods received without an RMA # will be refused. Goods must be in new condition and in their original packaging with all manuals and accessories included. Missing items will be charged to customer's account.
For item(s) returned past 30 days (not to exceed 60 days) a 10% restocking fee
will be deducted as well as the shipping/handling and processing fees. If in-office training and/or support was performed, a minimum of $1,200 (per visit) will be retained as services have been rendered.
No returns accepted after 60 days unless otherwise approved (determined on a case by case basis). Approved returns past 60 days will be in the form of an in-store credit valid for one year.
Shipping charges are customer's responsibility on any returned goods. NO RETURNS on activated software or special order items. Warranty Policy: Manufacturers warranty: Manufacturers warranty effective at invoice date.
